The time I booked is my start time

I promise that my entire party will arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the time I am booking. If we are late, our time in Grid might get cut. In this case, of course there will be no refund or credit.

My booking is final

I am booking the date, time and duration that I want for the number of people that I am bringing. This works the same way that buying tickets to a concert does: there are not credits and no refunds and if I ask to change anything about my booking, I will understand when I am told that it can't be done.
